01 The deal

I am overqualified for the job I am asking you for, and I am asking anyway. Hire me for labor: I stack, load, run machines, and keep pace with anyone on your floor. If I am still around in two weeks, I will quietly start fixing the systems around the work too: the order flow, the whiteboard schedule, the pile of paper by the register.

04 What I am like to employ

Early. Clean work area. I read the work order before I ask questions, and I say so when something looks wrong, before it costs a shift or worse. I have seen worse. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, which mostly means I cannot walk past waste without itching. I do not need to be told twice, and I do not need to be watched.
